Rebranding the learning program for employees, three programs required logos. The marks would be used for participant workbooks, facilitator guides, e-mail signatures and presentations. A flexible logo had to be designed for each so they could be used in combination or seen separately. The solution was to create three distinct, handlettered logos for each program.
Reach at Finastra was the flagship program aimed at rebranded the learning academy. It was made to invoke the new mission strategy as well as work with the space theme for the year.
Leap at Finastra was the program for individual contributors to progress their careers. The program was for thought leaders, design thinkers and agile workers who want to learn how to become a better leader. Images associated included climbing a staircase, rocketship or progression.
Lead at Finastra was the program for people managers and leaders, driving vision and purpose, leading the way for Mission 2021.
When discussing hierarchy of the program and describing the differences, Reach should have prominence, leap and lead (read left to right to show the difference in progression).
